Shri Narwade, the learned Counsel appears for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and Shri Kale, the learned A.G.P. appears for respondent Nos.6 and 7.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 275 days caused in filing an appeal is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to respondent Nos.1 to 5 within a period of six weeks from today, failing which, the civil application shall stand dismissed without reference to his Court. The civil application stands disposed of Civil Application No.1989/2015 for withdrawal of amount would be considered on the next occasion. Put up the matter on 11th December, 2015.
