The learned Additional Commissioner has found that there had been patent irregularity in awarding the marks for oral interviews. It is further recorded by the learned Additional Commissioner that the marks have been awarded in such a manner to enable the petitioner to secure the job though she had got only 51 marks in the written test as compared to 57 marks obtained by the respondent No.3.

The findings recorded by the learned Additional Commissioner are based on appreciation of material on the record, properly. I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
