This is an application seeking correction in the sort of modification of the final order dated 02.03.2023 passed in Criminal Application (APL) No.15/2023.

It is submitted that on account of settlement in between the parties, this Court was Prity

2 / 2 1.appp709.2023 inclined to quash entire criminal proceeding. According to applicants, however, inadvertently some of the sections invoked in the charge-sheet have not been mentioned in the final order and therefore to that effect modification has been sought. 4.

We have gone through the order which prominently denotes that on account of settlement this Court shown its inclination to quash entire criminal prosecution.

In view of that in para 2 and clause (ii) of final order, following portion be added.

"Section 3 of the Damage to the Public Property Act and Sections 65(d) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, along with related Sessions Case No.17/2016, pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Achalpur."

The above correction be made immediately.

The application stands disposed.
