DATED : 24.7.2019.
Heard.
2] By order dated 31st July 2018, the Assistant Registrar issued certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (for short "the Act of 1960") against the petitioner for recovery of amount of Rs.15,20,335/-. The petitioner had approached the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies under Section 154 of the Act of 1960. The revision filed by the petitioner is dismissed by learned Joint Registrar on the ground that the petitioner has failed to comply with the mandate of Section 154(2A) of the Act of 1960. When this petition was listed on 10th June 2019, I was reluctant to show any indulgence but a statement was made on behalf of the petitioner that amount of Rs.8,00,000/- would be deposited with the Registrar of this Court till 20th July, 2019 to show bona

3] I find that the learned Divisional Joint Registrar has not committed any error by dismissing the revision application filed by the petitioner for noncompliance of Section 154(2A) of the Act of 1960. Writ petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
JUDGE Tambaskar.
