The date 01/01/2007 is according to the petitioner should be 24/03/2004 as the interest is granted from the date of judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.3104/2003.

Accordingly, correction be carried out in paragraph No.16 and in Clause (iii) of the operative order. The date "01/01/2007" be substituted by "24/03/2004".

Thereupon, order be uploaded afresh.
