Present application is for seeking permission to correct the name of appellant No.2 in the memo of appeal. 2.

As per the contention of the appellants, inadvertently because of typographical mistake, the name of appellant No.2 is mentioned as Sunana instead of Sunanda.

Being it is a typographical mistake, permission is granted to correct the appeal memo as well as it be corrected in the judgment passed by this Court dated 02.02.2023.
