(Passed on 12.03.2022) Shri Lalit Limaye, learned Advocate for the appellant has filed Memorandum of Compromise dated 12.03.2022 signed by Authorized Officer of the Company.

The terms of the said Memorandum of Compromise are that the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal unconditionally. Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the Company has deposited the amount of compensation in this Court.

The claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant alongwith accrued interest unconditionally. 4.
In view of the Memorandum of Compromise, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
