The petitioners are aggrieved by an order dated 04.05.2022 passed by the respondent No.1 - Additional Commissioner, Amravati, whereby stay application filed by the petitioners has been rejected during the pendency of the review application before the respondent No.1.

The Review Application filed by the petitioners is pending and this Court is informed that the same is directed to be listed for further hearing on 15.06.2022, before the respondent No.1. Prity

While issuing notice for final disposal on 24.05.2022, this Court had directed that till the returnable date i.e. today, the possession of the petitioners shall stand protected.

The grievance of the petitioners can be addressed by giving appropriate directions to respondent No.1 by continuing the limited interim order passed in favour of the petitioner on 24.05.2022.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing that the respondent No.1 shall decide the pending Review Application on or before 27.06.2022. Till the said date, the interim order dated 24.05.2022, passed by this Court shall continue to operate.
