The appellant-claimant no. 1 is present alongwith with her Advocate. The appellant no. 2 being minor is represented by the appellant no. 1. Shri H. N. Verma, learned Advocate for the respondent no. 2-Company is present. He filed Authority Letter showing authorization to him to settle the dispute. 3.

The parties have settled the dispute and admitted execution of the settlement agreement as per Form-"N". Therefore, the Award be modified in terms of the settlement terms contained in Form-"N".

After depositing of an additional amount of Rs. 5,00,000/-(Rs. Five Lakhs), out of which share of the appellant no. 2 i.e. Rs.2,50,000/- (Rs. Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand) shall be deposited in any Nationalized Bank as Fixed Deposit till she attain majority. The appellant no. 1 is entitled for withdrawal of her share of amount. 5.
