The learned advocate for the petitioner seeks release of the vehicle, as in similar matters, this Court has granted relief of release of vehicles.

If the petitioner deposits an amount of Rs.50,000/- with the respondent no.4-Tahsildar,

2 caw903.21 Yavatmal, he shall release the truck bearing registration no.MH-40-N-1199 in empty condition to the petitioner. The petitioner shall furnish a personal bond, as contemplated under Section 48 (8)(2) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.
