This application is filed by applicants for bringing legal heirs of petitioner on record. It is found that petition is for reinstatement and back wages and during the pendency of the petition, petitioner expired on 23/1/2017. It is further found that in spite of death of petitioner, petition survives with regard to grant of back wages. In that view of the matter, application is allowed. Applicants to effect necessary amendment within two weeks.
