In view of the Pursis Stamp. 01/2023, it was necessary for the petitioner to have made arrangement for engagement of another counsel to represent him in the present petition, as the petitioner is aware of the same. However, in spite of the fact, that the note annexed with the Pursis indicates that the papers have been received by him as long back as on 14.9.2021 but no arrangements have been made for him to arrange for his representation, which clearly indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition, the same is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
