DATED : 3.9.2019 It is informed by the parties that two matters are pending at the Court at Wardha. The prayer for transfer is opposed by the learned Counsel for the non-applicant on the ground that the applicant / wife is a lawyer by profession and as such she is likely to influence the proceedings.

2] The above objection will not support the claim of the non-applicant / husband particularly when the Court will be deciding the matrimonial matters on its own merit.

3] In view of the fact that two matrimonial proceedings are pending at Wardha and having regard to the hardship narrated by the applicant, in my opinion, the application needs to be allowed in terms of prayer
