ATED : 21st December, 2020 Mr.S.G. Joshi, learned Advocate for applicant submits that the respondent no.2 was granted bail on the ground of prevailing pandemic situation. He further contended that since no physical working of the courts had commenced, bail granted to the respondent no.2 has been extended from time to time.

Mr. O. Siddique, learned Advocate for respondent no.2 submits that bail was granted taking into consideration the parameters laid down in High Power Committee report and unless and until the parameters mentioned in the said High Power Committee report get over, the respondent has right for bail.

Mr. Joshi, learned Advocate for applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to put up all the grounds before the trial Court. Permission to withdraw is granted. The Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
