In compliance with the order passed by this Court on 16.12.2020, respondent No.4 - Jagdish Mandalwar is personally present before the Court, through him learned Addl.P.P. submits that effective investigation into the allegations made by the petitioner have been made and all the accused persons may be arrested. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, has expressed satisfaction over, the investigation made by the respondent No.4. This being the present position, the purpose of this petition has been served. The petition is, therefore, disposed of as having been worked itself out.
