or directions and Registrar's orders.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mr. Sumit G. Joshi & Mr. Nalamwar, counsel for the petitioner. Ms T.H. Udeshi, AGP for the respondent Nos.1 and 2. CORAM : SMT.VASANTI A. NAIK & A.M.BADAR, JJ.

DATE : 05.08.2015.

By this petition, the petitioner has sought action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the directions issued by the judgment, dated 27/02/2015 in Writ Petition No.3546 of 2014.

It is the case of the petitioner that though the respondents were directed by this Court to give effect to the Government Resolutions, dated 15/09/2000 and 15/04/2005 and place the petitioner in the cadre of Assistant Executive Engineer, the respondents have not placed the petitioner in that cadre, till date.

On hearing the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, we find that the respondents were not directed to place the petitioner in the cadre of Assistant Executive Engineer within a time frame. No doubt, the respondents were liable to place the petitioner

cp138.15 2/2 in the cadre of Assistant Executive Engineer within a reasonable time, however, it is informed to this Court by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the respondents have preferred a Special Leave Petition against the judgment, dated 27/02/2015 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the same is pending till date.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
