This petition is filed by the petitioner / plaintiff to challenge the orders passed by the subordinate Courts concurrently rejecting the prayer for grant of temporary injunction restraining the defendant from disturbing possession of plaintiff over the suit property. Civil suit is filed in 2014. This petition is pending since April, 2017. This Court issued notice of this petition on 19th June, 2017. This Court has not granted any interim order / temporary injunction in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner has not shown any diligence in prosecuting the matter.

In the facts of the case, in my view, the petitioner / plaintiff has not made out any case for grant
