Heard Shri Nayak, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms Shamsi Haider, learned APP for the non-applicant No.1/State. The victim is personally present in the Court.

It is submitted that the applicant and the complainant are residing together as husband and wife and they have two children. It is further pointed out that both have attended the concerned Police Station on 18th and 19th June, 2022.

Ms Shamsi Haider, learned APP is not disputing the above referred fact. Accordingly, I pass the following order:

In the circumstances, I am of the opinion that no custodial interrogation is necessary in this case. Accordingly, I pass the following order:

a) The criminal application is allowed.

b) Order passed by this Court on 27.05.2022, granting ad-interim anticipatory bail, is confirmed with modification that the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when his presence is required.

The criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
