We permit the petitioner to appear before the Divisional Commissioner on 28.04.2025 in the light of the certificate of legal guardian issued on 31.12.2024 by the National Trust and clause 1.8.2 of the Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024 with a prayer for cancellation of transfer. 3.

The Divisional Commissioner shall deal with the claim of the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter and shall communicate the order thereon to the petitioner immediately.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has already rendered service of ten years in the difficult area i.e. Melghat, the position of the petitioner may not be disturbed. 5.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
