The said clause refers to processing emergency parole during COVID period. 2.

Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that the said exigency no more exists and therefore nothing survives in the petitions.

We find substance in the submissions made by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

None is appearing for the petitioners, may be because the petitions have rendered infructuous.
