The learned Counsel for the petitioner has tendered a Pursis in the Court today. The same is accepted on record. It it stated on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is desirous of challenging the action on the part of the respondent - University before the Commissioner for Handicapped. It it stated that the relief sought by prayer clause nos.(ii) to (iv) are rendered infructuous. Shri Patil, the learned Counsel for the respondent - University states that the petitioner has already approached the Commissioner for Handicapped and the order passed in favour of

2504wp2410.14.odt the petitioner is challenged by the respondent -University in the writ petition, filed in this Court.

In view of the aforesaid, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. The petitioner is free to file the proceedings before the appropriate authority, if permissible in law.

Order accordingly. No costs.
