For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed conditionally.

Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount deposited in this Court, out of which, there shall

fa.1100.16 2 be furnished solvent surety to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) to secure the amount of Rs.10.00 lakhs from out of the amount permitted to be withdrawn and for the remaining amount permitted to be withdrawn, there shall be furnished only usual undertaking as security, both to be submitted within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.
