2] The challenge raised in this Writ Petition is to the enquiry report dated 20/2/2020 that has been submitted by a three members Committee recommending disciplinary action to be taken against the petitioner. In the reply filed by respondent Nos. 3 and 4, it has been stated that the said report would be considered by the Local Development Committee and for the present, the Management has not initiated action for misconduct against the petitioner. 3] In view of aforesaid, at this stage, there is no reason to entertain the Writ Petition. Needless to state that if any disciplinary action is proposed against the petitioner in future, she is free to take legal recourse in accordance with law.
