Registration of Second Appeal St. No.20407 of 2023 came to be refused in view of the order dated 07.03.2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). The appellant has filed the Misc. Civil Application St. No. 7884 of 2025 challenging the said order.

There is delay of around 370 days in filing the said revision application, for which a separate application for condonation of delay is filed. It is stated in the application that the appellant came to know about the said order and the refusal of registration in January, 2025, when the matter was sought to be circulated. In the considered opinion of this Court, the delay caused in filing Mic. Civil Application to challenge the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) deserves to be condoned.

For the reasons aforesaid, the delay of 370 days caused in filing the M.C.A. St. No.7884 of 2025 is hereby condoned and for the same reasons M.C.A. St. No. 7884 of 2025 is allowed. The Second Appeal St. No. 20407 of 2023 is restored to file.
