The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 13 April, 2020 and has prayed that the petitioner's appeal filed in respect of his Certificate of Medical Fitness be allowed.

The Petitioner has filed a rejoinder annexing a copy of the order dated 5 November 2020 in Writ Petition No. 2238 of 2020 passed

The Division Bench had disposed of the petition by recording the statement made by the learned Counsel for Respondent-Appellate Authority that the appeal of the Petitioner therein will be decided. The learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that having taken such a stand in one matter, the Respondent No.4 will extend the same stand in the present Petition and decide the appeal of the Petitioner.

Accordingly, we dispose of the Writ Petition accepting the statement of the Counsel for the Respondent no.4 that the appeal be decided within a period of three weeks from today and the order be communicated to the Petitioner.
