Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the subsequent development, that is, appointment of the appellant as Anganwadi Madatnis with effect from 21st July 2009, the appellant does not want to press the instant Appeal. The Appeal is, therefore, disposed of as not pressed.

Insofar as the issue regarding payment of salary to the appellant for the period for which she had worked is concerned, the appellant is at liberty to make a representation to the authority concerned which representation be considered by the said authority in accordance with law.
