Heard Shri A.M.Sudame, learned counsel for the applicant and perused the material placed on record. After giving due consideration to the said material when we were not inclined to grant relief to the applicant, the learned counsel counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks permission to approach the Sessions Court with a prayer for discharge.

It is open for the applicant, if so advised, to seek discharge from the proceedings before the Sessions Court. Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of.

It is made clear that all questions could be raised before the Sessions Court, if occasion arises.
