By this application, the applicant is seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant had filed the anticipatory bail application bearing No. 739/2021 before this Court, in connection with Crime No. 379/2021 registered by Police Station Sadar. Before deciding the said application, the statement was made by the applicant that he is ready to deposit the amount of Rs. 25,00,000/-. Accordingly, he has deposited the said amount and the anticipatory bail was granted.

Learned counsel for the applicant further submitted that the dispute between the applicant and the concerned authority was that, he had not completed the work, and therefore, his security deposit was not returned back to him. Subsequently, he had completed the work, and the security rkn

909appp738.2024.odt deposit was also returned back. He placed on record the communication showing that the authority is not having any grievance, regarding the work of the present applicant. Considering the fact that, the security deposit is already returned back. In view of that, application for withdrawal of the amount is allowed. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order:

ORDER

A] The application is allowed.

B] The amount of Rs. 25,00,000/- deposited by the applicant vide Demand Draft no. 913493 dated 09/11/2021 drawn on State Bank of India be disbursed to the applicant on due identification and verification along with the accrued interest. C] The criminal application (APPP) No. 738/2024 is disposed of.
