Mirza, the learned counsel, holding for Shri Masood Shareef, the learned counsel for the appellant, states that despite the best efforts by the learned counsel, the counsel is unable to contact the appellant. It is stated that a pursis bearing stamp no.8168 of 2015 is filed to bring the aforesaid fact to the notice of this Court. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel, which also finds place in the pursis stamp no.8168 of 2015, we discharge the appearance of Advocate Shri Shareef for the appellant and dispose of the family court appeal for want of prosecution. There would be no order as to costs.
