After hearing learned counsel for the applicant for some time and on expressing the view that the Court is not inclined to grant regular bail, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since last more than three and half years, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and liberty is granted that in case there will be no progress in next one year, the applicant may move an application for grant of bail afresh.
