In this writ petition, the order below Exhibit No. 35 dated 24/03/2021 passed by the 13th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur in Regular Civil Suit No. 1270/2018 is under challenge, whereby, the learned trial Court rejected the application filed by the petitioner for admitting the document. 3.

Admittedly, the application was moved after the trial was concluded and case was fixed for final argument. The trial was concluded long back after recording of the evidence of both the parties.

Thus, there is no question of admissibility of a document at a stage when the matter was fixed for hearing, therefore, the learned trial Court has recorded the reasons and observed that no ground or cause is put-forth to substantive rkn
