This application is for grant of bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Initially, the present applicant preferred Criminal Application (BA) No.723/2022, which was withdrawn. Learned counsel for the applicant Shri S.V. Sirpurkar pointed out that now the application of the co-accused, who has played a similar role, has also withdrawn with liberty to move before the trial Court in the near future if there is no progress within one year. 2.

In view of that, the present application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to move afresh before the trial Court if there is no progress in the trial by December 2023.
