DATED : 10-07-2025 The applicant/appellant has filed these applications for condonation of delay caused in filing the application for restoration of the first appeal and application and application for restoration of the first appeal and application, for which the learned Advocate for respondent No. 1 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have given no objection.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the applications as well as the no objection given by the other side, the applications are allowed. The delay of 168 days in filing the application for restoration of the first appeal and application is condoned. The first appeal and application are restored to their original position, subject to the removal of the office objections within a week.
