Shri Samudra, learned Advocate for the respondent strongly objected the application. He has submitted that delay is not properly explained.

In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Imrat Lal and others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and others reported in (2014) 14 SCC 133, delay is condoned subject to condition that the appellant shall not be entitled for interest of delayed period of 27 days. Appeal be registered.

Accordingly, application is disposed of.
