ATED : 19th January, 2021 The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant has been granted interim bail on the ground of COVID-19 by the trial Court on 4.7.2020. Admittedly, the trial Court has not decided the said Bail Application on merits. In view of this, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant Application with liberty to file bail application before the Court below.

Permission granted. Criminal Application (BA) No. 634/2020 is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such, with liberty as prayed for.
