The learned Addl. P.P. makes a statement that a chargesheet has been filed. It is further stated that the applicant has been discharged from the offence punishable under Section 353 of the IPC and the matter has been committed to the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class for the offence punishable under Section 294 of the IPC.

From the record, it appears that on 17.06.2025, none appeared on behalf of the applicant and therefore, to grant an opportunity the matter was adjourned for today. 3.

Today, none appears on behalf of the applicant. Thus, it appears that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the present matter and moreover, considering the fact that the charge-sheet has already been filed and there is no challenge to the same in the present application, the application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file afresh, if he wants to raise challenge to the charge-sheet.
