The applicant has filed this application with a prayer to pass specific orders regarding grant of bail in consonance with the earlier orders of this Court dated 22.06.2021.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing in the matter and gone through the record. It reveals that after considering the entire material this Court has suspended the execution of

Order 2307appa378.21 substantive sentence, however, inadvertently the order specifying the bail amount is not passed. 4.

In view of above, in continuation of the earlier order, the appellant/applicant is released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or two sureties in the like amount.

Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of.
