2] We have heard Mr. Dhawas and also examined the averments in the petition. According to us, the petitioner has alternate and efficacious remedies available under the Code of Criminal Procedure itself and there is no case made out to invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court. 3] Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioner to invoke such remedies, we dispose of this petition.
