The petitioners have approached this Court seeking appropriate orders of appointment and posting the petitioners as 'Shikshan Sevak' pursuant to the counselling held on 25.02.2021. [ In the affidavit/reply dated 20.09.2022 filed on behalf of the respondent no.3, it has been stated that in terms of the communications dated 08.07.2022 and 12.08.2022 issued by the State Government, the verification of allotting the candidates on vacant posts at various Zilla Parishads is in progress. It is further stated that within a short period the entire allotment would be undertaken.

By accepting the statements made in paragraph 6 of the aforesaid affidavit and with a further direction to comply with the communications dated 08.07.2022 and 12.08.2022, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
