Learned Advocate for the applicant is absent. On the last occasion, when the request was made on his behalf, we were not convinced, but as a last chance, we had adjourned the matter. Today, he is absent, and no reason is coming forward. Interesting to note is that when that order was passed on the last occasion i.e on 09-07-2024, the applicant was represented by Mr. A.R. Ingole, Advocate who had then filed Pursis for placing on record the relevant documents. Thereafter, it appears that Advocate Mr. Vilas Wanjari filed Vakalatnama for the applicant after obtaining no objection from Advocate Mr A.R. Ingole and filed Pursis Nos. 11/2024 and 24/2024. But then the applicant himself has filed Criminal Application (APPP) St. No. 5725/2024 for grant of permission to appear in person, but he has not appeared before the Committee and therefore the report is awaited. This appears to be
