DATE : 04/08/2025 Respondent No.1 has moved this application to permit him to withdraw the entire compensation amount deposited by the appellant, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has objected.

However, considering the reasons disclosed in the application as well as having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find substance in the objections raised by the learned Advocate for the appellant. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to permit respondent No.1 to withdraw 60% amount along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing the usual undertaking.

Accordingly, the application is partly allowed. 4.

Registrar is directed to transfer 60% amount along with accrued interest thereon in the bank account of the

18 caf no.1639.25.odt..odt respondent No.1-Satish s/o Ratilal Jadhao on his furnishing usual undertaking and bank account details to the Registry within five weeks.
