By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 12.08.2022 passed by the Commissioner under the Employee's Compensation Act and Judge Labour Court, Gondia in F.W.C.A. Application No.05/2019.

Learned advocate Mr. Limaye for the appellant submitted that entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest is already deposited. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate for the appellant, the effect, operation,
