By the present application the petitioners have prayed for extending the time to take necessary decision in terms of the judgment dated 18.11.2014. It is stated that various steps have been taken to ensure that some alternate land is available so as to resolve the dispute. The application is opposed by respondent no. 2 on the ground that sufficient time was already granted.
Considering the nature of litigation time of three months is granted from today to take necessary decision. It is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted. Civil application disposed of. JUDGE svk
