Advocate Kshirsagar for the petitioner. Nobody for the respondents, though they are served sometime in the month of September 2014. The petitioner on oath states that her caste claim is still pending. The Court while issuing notice on 9th May, 2014 protected her employment. Today, Advocate Kshirsagar has produced notice dated 25.11.2014 sent by respondent no.4-Committee to petitioner. It is taken on record as Exhibit "X": It shows that service of Vigilance Report upon petitioner. She was called upon to submit her say within 15 days.
Learned AGP Shri Kankale appears for respondent no.3 and has no instructions about pendency of the caste claim. In this situation, as Employer as also Committee has failed to appear, we find that interest of justice can be met with by directing the petitioner to appear before respondent no.4-Committee on 6th April, 2015 with the copy of this order.
The Committee shall thereafter attempt to complete verification within next six months.
Interim orders granted on 9th May, 2014 to continue till then and shall be subject to it.
Writ Petition is thus partly allowed and disposed of. JUDGE JUDGE Ambulkar
