On 29.09.2025, the following order was passed. "1. The petitioner is seeking directions against the respondent Nos.2 and 4 to take cognizance of report dated 02.07.2020 and the representation dated 13.08.2020 made by the petitioner.

2. In our view, an alternative and efficacious remedy is available to approach the Trial Court under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Section 175(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023), which the petitioner may avail.

3. List the petition on 06.10.2025."

Learned APP submits that the cognizance has been already taken and Non Cognizable Report is filed.

If that be so, the petitioner may avail remedy under Section 155 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 or any other remedy, as permissible in law.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of.
