On 24/11/2025, the following order was passed: "Learned A.P.P. shall take instructions from respondent Nos.2 and 3 as to the date on which handwriting expert's report shall be furnished to the Trial Court. 2.

Stand over to the next week."

The learned A.P.P. submits that the handwriting expert's report is ready and will be filed before the trial Court within one week from today. The statement is accepted.

In view of above, the purpose of filing the petition is served. At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the previous order passed by this Court, wherein this Court has issued 'show cause notice' to the Superintendent of Police, Buldhana as to why he should not be directed to pay compensation to the tune of Rs.3.00 lakhs to the petitioner.

Considering the subsequent developments and since the handwriting expert's report is being filed within a week, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek compensation in terms of what transpired during the course of investigation by filing appropriate
