CAF NO.1118/2018 This is an application filed by the applicant-respondent no.1 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Having considered the grounds of appeal and the impugned judgment passed by the reference court, I am of the view that 25% of the amount deposited in this court can be allowed to be withdrawn conditionally. Hence the order.
Applicant-respondent no.1 to withdraw 25% of the amount. Out of the said amount, 50% of the amount on usual undertaking and 50% of the amount on solvent surety both to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) to be furnished within four weeks from the date of the order.
With this order, civil application stands disposed of. JUDGE Gulande
