Bhutada, as also non-applicant no.2 along with her counsel D.V. Mahajan and learned A.P.P. for nonapplicant no.2 are present before the Court. 2.

The parties have produced before this Court a joint pursis which states that the matrimonial discord has been amicably resolved out of Court. Accordingly a Demand Draft of Rs.20 lakhs has been handed over to the non-applicant no.2 in Court. Nonapplicant no.2 accepts receipt of said Demand Draft. Accordingly we have verified the position from the

She is a Engineering graduate and has no objection if the Criminal Case No. 1081/2010 pending on the file of 8th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur as also consequential charge sheet in Crime No.6/2010 are quashed and set aside. She has also no objection of the proceedings in Criminal Application No.444/2016 pending on the file of District and Sessions Judge-2, Nagpur are quashed and set aside. 3.

We find that the alleged offences are under Sections 498-A, 342 and 406 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, as such no public angle is involved. Hence, we accept the joint request and make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (A) and (B) of the Criminal Application. No costs.
