CORAM

: S.B. SHUKRE, J.

DATE : 5 th JULY, 2016.

Heard the learned Counsel of the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

I have gone through the F.I.R. dated 10/07/2015 and the supplementary statement dated 09/08/2015 and 31/10/2015 of the complainant/prosecutrix. Considering these statements made at different time, an impression is created that the prosecutrix herself is not sure as to who is the real culprit or how many culprits are there. In this situation, this would be a fit case for grant of bail to the applicant. Hence, the following order.

1. The application is allowed.

2. It is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the conditions that the applicant shall

3. The application is disposed of as such.
