WRIT PETITION NO.2027 OF 2020 We have heard this matter for some time.
We find that it is necessary for the Education Officer as
(2) 1.wp..2027.2020 well as Deputy Director of Education to place on record additional affidavit making their stand clear in the matter, particularly in the light of the acknowledge of fact that there is already a staff justification for the approval 24.07.2014 in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3206 of 2013 on 3rd April 2014. There is on record approved staff justification for the year 2013-14 showing that there are five posts of Shikshan Sevak. Hence, there should be no reason for the respondents to oppose this petition by inventing some or other new grounds.
Stand over after three weeks.
